DIZZINESS, LAY OFF THE SALT INTAKE AND GET CHOLESEROL CHECKED
By Simple Minded on Dec 30, 2008 | Reply
High salt content, too much stress may cause hypertension.
Manage your stress and eat less potato chips, salty food and eat lots of vegetables.
Exercising helps a lot too to destress and relieve indirectly the hypertension.
i think there is a link between hypertension and heart problem.
You may like to have your blood pressure checked periodically.
I think it is best to visit a doctor for professional advice.
