Well, for cardiovascular hypertension I don’t know any “herbal” treatments but if you truly want to use botanical drugs you should contact a pharmaceutic or some other diagnostic doctor. I think that some inhibitors medicated hypertension but then again, you want botanical treatment. Not that I have anything against it, I think that botanical treatment will revolutionize the medical companies.

a healthy suggestion will be : avoid salty food, do a regular workout and be a vegetarian. added bonus will be to keep up your sex life.
there are a lot of medicines available, see your doctor.

Calcium can lower blood pressure. So can walking and daily meditation.

Be careful and watch that your blood pressure doesn’t get to low. When you do things to lower blood pressure and take meds your BP can get too low.It happen to two people in my family when they tried this. They are off there meds now.

Monitor your blood pressure a lot.

Dietary changes can make a HUGE difference, but never stop taking your meds without talking to your doctor first.
Impotence is a small price to pay for staying alive….

    There’s a great book called
*Take the Pressure Off Your Heart - 8 wks to lower BP without Prescription Drugs* by Robert E Kowalski….. and it DOES work.
My medication has been cut in half, and I feel so much better than I did just a few weeks ago. And I’m aiming for drug-free within the next 3 months

Just taking a substitute herbal product without making some major lifestyle changes, isn’t going to work, so you need to follow your doctors advice religiously, while working on the food and exercise changes.

I hope this helps, and Good luck…..

Why, YES, there is. I use it and it works! A combination of–
    capsicum
    garlic
    ginger root
    eleuthero root
    goldenseal root
    parsley leaf

I buy mine already mixed up from ‘ ‘, and they ship.
    Best of luck.
