They can ALL effect every one of those.
However, before a more detailed answer can be given, you must specify the drug you are taking or asking about. There are actually many different classes (i can think of 4) of Anti-Hypertensive agents - all act on different receptors affecting the flux of different ions, ultimately affecting DIFFERENT phases of the cardiac action potential (beating, timing).
Therefore, there will be different effects on all of the above for the different class that you are taking.
