Are there any alternative medicine options for hypertension?

I know that hypertension is not something to be taken lightly but if monitored and at the lower end of the scale are there any alternatives to taking the meds? My mom’s BP is not that high but every medication she takes makes her have a dry cough. Is there a natural alternative or anything she can try? Preferably herbal?

    First and foremost, relax. Proper relaxation ritual, is very important. Also she should probably cut down on stimulants such as caffiene, and keep a healthy level of activity. Long walks and the like.

    visit for a list of licensed naturopathic physicians. you should be treated and monitored by a doctor. don’t self-treat.
