    I didn’t realize that your diet had anything to do w/ bloodpressure.
    I know it has something to do w/ cholesterol, and diabetes,,but I am unsure about it regulating your blood pressure,,, I think a fluid type pill does that.

    salt is bad for hypertension and Im pretty sure any kind of caffine to stay away from. When the heart races the blood presure goes up so I would think caffine but i do know that it is bad to take in salt or watch your sodium intake. So just with any diet I would cut out on my sodium!
