It depends on the reason for the hypertension. If it’s secondary (resulting from another problem such as diet high in sodium, excess body weight, other health issues) then yes, if you treat the problem causing the high blood pressure. If it’s primary (no apparent cause, heredity, or ethnic background), then no, you’ll need to continue with your regiment of diet, exercise, and medication to manage it.

Yes it is possible if the hypertension hasn’t gone to far. You can change your diet, use no sodium salt, drink more water, and exercise. If that doesn’t work, then maybe you have to be on medicine for the rest of you life, but normally if you change your diet and start to exercise then it will bring your blood pressure down.

reversal of hypertension depends on the grade at which it diagnosis . if it is in the first stage then it can be treated only with dietary control(without medication), or if it proceed to further stages i.e. in 2nd stage then with low dose antihypertensive medicine and dietary control. or if it goes to further stage the medicine will continue for whole life.
