    iF this is for losing weight, there is nothing that is safe for you to take. I have a slight heart condition…It will kill you. Diet and exercise. That’s all you can do and it actually works…unlike diet supplements…allthey do is waste your money.

    your better off just trying to eat healthy foods, leave the fried foods and work your way off of all the extra foods like snaking but if you need it for your meds just eat more fresh veggies and fruits…. but your better of just doing it the natural way…. you shouldn’t take any short cuts when it comes to health.

    What diet supplement are you considering? Do you just want a multivitamin? Are you considering an herb?
