I am taking medicine for hypertension,can I do reflexology or body massage?

by the way i’m 53 and the antihypertensive medicine i am taking is plendil 2.5 mg

    you could but be careful.
    it would be better to see a professional and let them know your condition before they start and they should know a safe pressure to use.
