im not a nurse…so i dont understand your question….what i do know is that my dad has the same thing, and it a narowing of the arteries to the brain…..causes him to black out…every once in a while….

high blood pressure can obviously make the problem worse

not sure what you don’t understand, it’s pretty straight forward, the question is the feedback loop, in other words, what changes are occurring in this man to increase his hypertension and why are the changes happening?
