Here is a link to MedlinePlus. It tells about High Blood Pressure and provides links to several resources of information. It’s a very good site.
MedlinePlus - High Blood Pressure
You will especially be interested in the links under the topics “Nutrition” and “Disease Management”. If you have other conditions also, see the topic “Related Issues”
Good luck,
Terry

Reduce your salt intake. This is the biggy that doctors say we have the most control over.
Reduce your weight, increase your exercise, keep your stress level down.
These are the things that my doc has told me to bring down my hypertension. Unfortunately, many cases of hyertension are hereditary.
My brother who does all of the above, inherited his hypertension from my dad.

Hypertension is a myth. It only exists in the minds of doctors.
We all have the same pressure, and it’s only the measurement of it with 19th century technology that makes it appear so-called “hypertensive”.
You’re fine, Don’t take the pills, and you’ll feel absolutely no difference and will, live just as long without them. And feel loads better for it.
